What is the Damage Waiver?
Our Damage Waiver Protection is an optional protection plan that covers accidental damage to your rental equipment during your event. For just $19.99 per item, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you're protected.
What's Covered
- Accidental tears, rips, or punctures
- Minor structural damage from normal use
- Stains from food, drinks, or mud
- Weather-related damage (within reasonable limits)
- Setup and breakdown mishaps
What's NOT Covered
- Intentional damage or vandalism
- Theft or loss of equipment
- Damage from prohibited use (e.g., sharp objects, shoes on inflatables)
- Fire, arson, or chemical damage
- Damage during unauthorized time extensions
How It Works
- Add to Cart: When you add an eligible rental to your cart, you'll see the option to add Damage Waiver Protection for $19.99.
- Select Protection: Simply check the box to add protection to that specific item.
- Enjoy Peace of Mind: During your event, use the equipment normally without worry.
- Report Issues: If damage occurs, contact us within 24 hours of your event.
- No Extra Charges: Covered damage won't result in additional fees or charges to your account.
Important Information
- The damage waiver fee is non-refundable and must be purchased at the time of booking.
- This fee is not subject to discounts, coupons, or sales tax.
- Coverage is per item - if you rent multiple items, you'll need to select the waiver for each one separately.
- Normal wear and tear from proper use is always covered at no charge, regardless of waiver selection.
- You are still responsible for following all safety guidelines and usage instructions.
