- Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Weather Cancellations: In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Weather-related cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Bouncy Rentals Cancellations: If we must cancel your reservation due to equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
5. Delivery and Setup
- Delivery Area: We deliver to locations within our service area in the Baltimore metropolitan region. Delivery fees vary based on distance.
- Setup Requirements: You must provide adequate space for setup and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. The setup area must be level, free of debris, and away from overhead obstacles.
- Access: You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the setup location. Additional fees may apply if our crew encounters access difficulties.
- Delivery Times: We will provide an estimated delivery window. Exact delivery times may vary due to traffic and other deliveries.
6. Use of Equipment
- Supervision: An adult supervisor must be present at all times when the equipment is in use. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe use of the equipment.
- Capacity Limits: You must adhere to the posted weight and capacity limits for all equipment. Exceeding these limits may result in damage fees and safety hazards.
- Prohibited Use: Equipment may not be used in rain or high winds. No food, drinks, silly string, or sharp objects are allowed on or near the equipment. Shoes must be removed before use.
- Safety Guidelines: You must follow all safety guidelines provided with the equipment. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury and void any liability protection.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Insurance: Bouncy Rentals maintains general liability insurance for our equipment and operations.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. You agree to pay for any repairs or replacement costs.
